How to prepare files
  1. Stop ZenZefi Service first. You can run C:\Program Files (x86)\Mercedes-Benz\Xentry\bin\ZenZefi\stop_zenzefi.cmd, or stop the process Zulu Platform x64 Architecture from Task Manager.
  2. Open one of the following folders, depending on the Xentry version:
    C:\ProgramData\ZenZefi\Data\
    C:\ProgramData\Mercedes-Benz\ZenZefi\Data\
  3. Copy zzA.mv.db and the cache file (zzA.cache or zzA.new.cache), then load the copied files below.
